  # Terms of Service



  These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CommentHunter at [https://commenthunter.click](https://commenthunter.click) (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in with Google, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our [Privacy Policy](/privacy).



  ## 1. The Service


  CommentHunter provides tools to extract, export, organize, and analyze publicly available comments and related metadata from URLs you submit, plus related features such as dashboards, giveaway winner selection, REST APIs, and optional AI-assisted analysis. Features and limits may vary by plan or credits. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.



  ## 2. Accounts


  
    You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.

    - You are responsible for activity under your account, including Google Sign-In access.

    - You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

    - We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or abuse the Service.

    - One person or organization should not create accounts solely to evade limits, bans, or billing.

  

  ## 3. Acceptable use


  You agree not to:


  
    - Use the Service to violate laws, third-party rights, or platform terms of service

    - Scrape or export private, restricted, or non-public content you are not authorized to access

    - Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit metering, security controls, or payment requirements

    - Probe, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or its providers

    - Use the Service for spam, harassment, doxxing, or unlawful surveillance

    - Resell access in a way that violates these Terms without our written permission

    - Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or using the Service

  
  You are solely responsible for how you use exported data and for obtaining any required permissions from content owners or platforms.



  ## 4. Credits, plans, and payments


  Paid plans, lifetime offers, and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Prices, limits, and features may change with notice on the [pricing](/pricing) page. Credits are consumed according to the extraction rules shown in the product and documentation.


  Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once processing has begun or credits have been used. Chargebacks for legitimate purchases may result in account suspension. Taxes may apply depending on your location.



  ## 5. Intellectual property


  The Service, branding, software, and documentation are owned by CommentHunter or its licensors. You retain rights to content you lawfully submit and to exports generated for your account, subject to third-party rights in the underlying comments. You grant us a limited license to process submitted URLs and related data solely to operate the Service.



  ## 6. Third-party services


  The Service depends on third parties (hosting, authentication, payments, email, and data providers). Outages, API changes, blocks, or policy changes by those providers may affect availability. We are not responsible for third-party platforms whose content you request, or for how those platforms enforce their terms.



  ## 7. Privacy


  Our collection and use of personal data is described in the [Privacy Policy](/privacy), including how we handle Google Sign-In data. By using the Service you also acknowledge that policy.



  ## 8. Disclaimers


  THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT EXTRACTIONS WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.



  ## 9. Limitation of liability


  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMENTHUNTER AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.



  ## 10. Indemnification


  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CommentHunter from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your exported data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.



  ## 11. Termination


  You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, abuse, or legal risk. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) survive termination.



  ## 12. Changes


  We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at [https://commenthunter.click/terms](https://commenthunter.click/terms). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.



  ## 13. Governing law


  These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of commenthunter.click, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
